July 27, 2015 ### I contacted anoth... I contacted another company prior who "diagnosed" my A/C problem over the phone and wanted to have my unit replace without looking at it. They quoted me a high price for what they though was the problem and for a new Disgruntled I called CCA & within an hour and a half a technician was over and diagnosed the issue (blown capacitor), replaced it, and we were good to go. The price was a third of what the other company quoted and customer service was amazing. A+ service & definitely recommended.

October 11, 2011 ### Emergency Service on a Hoilday I had a problem with my air-conditioner this morning , being Thanksgiving !! So I called the controlled comfort air.They sent a serviceman out to my home. He arrived about 1.5 hr later. To my surprise he advised me that my compressor was blowen on my 12 year old unit. I wasn't sure of what to do. The serviceman took his time with me and explained all of my options. Well after speaking to him I decieded to replace my air-conditioner. I couldn't believe that I was able to get it installed on Thanksgiving with such short notice. The installers were clean & neat , honsetly I couldn't even tell they were in my home. Excellent Job. September 21, 2011 ### Highly recommended Older furnace pilot light went out and would not stay on when trying to re-light. Tech. scheduled for after work. I was notified 20 minutes before the tech. arrived. He arrived almost exactly on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced some parts. Also noitced wear on belt and replaced that. Up and running in about 30 minutes! I wish all companies would be this efficient. Sadly I've had many bad experiences. Highly recommended.

August 15, 2011 ### FANTASTIC SERVICE - Clean and professional For anyone looking to install an A/C or Heater, this company is the one you should take a close look at. In my case they replaced my Furnace in 24 hours, allowed me to re-use my old A/C unit and more importantly they cleaned up, did a fantastic job and followed up. I highly recommend this company. I have had two furnace replacements in the last 5 years (two houses), and these guys really care from the sales – install and support.

May 26, 2011 ### Quick and Delivered on time Hi, I wanted to quickly write a review to say this company delivered on time as they promised they were clean and efficient. I check around with other companies in the yellow pages and they are roughly the same price. I went with this company because they have a physical location and they are a very local company thanks for installing my air-condition and getting me ready for the summer. Ralph

April 16, 2011 ### Dishonest service We had a terrible experience with this company. Dishonest and obviously just looking for your money. i would not recommend them.
