“Major repairs to our roof to stop leaks in different places had been.done earlier. Some were temporary fixes to tide us over bad weather. These were given a more reliable status, plus a few more fixes were done. Gutters were also cleaned.”

APPALLING. PLEASE RECONSIDER BEFORE USING COOPER ROOFING. Cooper’s was so bad, we didn’t even get to the job. Their internal security is weak and got hacked. They sent us a fraudulent email & Instead of taking responsibility, they keep claiming it was OUR fault. I was bugged relentlessly on holiday. When asked for clarity, they were cagey and unhelpful. In addition, Communication is terrible - no one responds to texts or emails timeously. No one follows anything up. Internal people don’t talk to each other. Also, they break promises: we had multiple pledges (verbally & in writing) that a job would be done on a certain date. Without warning, no one came. We had left the house in preparation. Once again, Cooper’s refused to take responsibility. Just a complete disaster from top to bottom. Sebastian talks a great game; but thereafter, it’s just lax security, poor communication, no responsibility, and broken promises. I could go on and on. You are better with literally anyone else.
