"I cant recommend Coretemp and Richard enough! When my furnace started blowing cold air on one of the coldest nights of the winter season, I was desperate. The first company I called sent a technician who couldnt figure out why the furnace stopped working. He managed to get it running temporarily but told me Id need a new furnace soon. Sure enough, a couple of days later, it stopped working again. I was ready to give up and buy a new furnace, trusting the first technicians advice. But something didnt sit right with me, so I searched online and found several posts advising against rushing into such a big purchase. Thats when I came across Coretemp on HomeStars. "I contacted Richard as my furnace wasn't working properly and I needed a service call. It was determined that I should replace the furnace as it was old and parts were discontinued. Within 3 days Richard and Eric showed up and replaced my furnace.(I still had heat so wasn't an emergency) They were very professional and very tidy. They really know their stuff! I am very pleased with the workmanship and friendliness they showed. i would definitely recommend Core Temp for any service they provide."
