Work was so so. Then I had a question about a defect and contacted the contractor several times by phone, email, text but he ignored all my attempts until I threatened to complain and sue at which point he only emailed and promised to come take a look at the issue but never did. I would say that it’s not reliable or professional to avoid clients enquiring and requesting a follow up especially when issues are observed in the work done.
