"I found Cozy World on Homestars to service my air conditioner several years ago and was extremely pleased. Recently, when my outdoor air conditioning unit stopped working on a very hot and humid Sunday, I leveraged Homestars to contact Cozy World without any hesitation. Ted was extremely responsive to my inquiry and texted me directly. He connected me to Cecilia at the office and she immediately booked an appointment. Ramin came to our house on time (& provided a courtesy call 30 mins prior to arriving) and was able to diagnose and fix the issue in the outdoor unit after completing a thorough check. He also checked our indoor unit to ensure that there no issues and confirmed the entire AC was in good working condition. During the summer heat in which having a working AC unit was critical, dealing with everyone at Cozy World was truly a pleasant &stress-free experience. Thank you so much and keep up the amazing work keeping people cool this summer!"
"The service from Cozy World was excellent. The installers were punctual and professional, and left our furnace room cleaner and tidier than it was when they arrived! In addition to installing a new furnace, they also replaced the moldy plastic drain hose from the attached humidifier and cleaned the area around the floor drain without being asked, which we appreciated. Our new furnace is much quieter and more efficient than the old one, and we're very happy with it so far."
