Custom Vac Limited

July 4, 2021 We had Custom Vac install an air conditioner at our house ten years ago. Today we discovered that this company put a lock on the compressor that prevented anyone else from servicing it. We have called another company to remove the lock. Custom Vac wanted my credit card in advance before they would come out to remove the lock. Following an argument with them they refused to come out to unlock the compressor.

May 27, 2021 A very professional service. Don is knowledgeable on the products and standards of testing for both furnace and AC units. He did not try to oversell on simple repairs and calls to the office were answered promptly when available, returned calls promptly after I left a message.

October 20, 2020 Two guy came to my parents house to do duct cleaning. One guy, the owners son (he called his mother/office manager), was hostile and aggressive towards them. They came not wearing masks and not social distancing. After coming a day late because of another job, they came 2 hours late. They said they couldn’t do the job because they didn’t have enough hose (my parents live on a regular residential street - not some acerage). One worker just stood there silent while the owners son got hostile.

August 27, 2020 Worst experience ever. They charge $90 to knock on your door and then $22 for every 15 min they spend trying to figure out the problem. In our case they could not figure it out, but they charged us almost $500 anyway!!

August 10, 2012 ### Awesome service Problem with my furnace and instead of trying to make a sale to replace unit they repaired the part, most big companies want to sell, sell, sell i like their honest, old fashion way of making customers come first. Quick service, knowledgable and honest staff, great prices and follow up service was provided. I'm happy to continue dealing with Custom Vac

December 22, 2010 ### VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL !! I tried calling FOUR times to make an appointment , they never called me back. On my 5th time calling they scheduled an appt and then they cancelled twice. They never did follow up !!
