Très professionnel
Équipe qui ne semble pas au courant du contrat et ne respecte pas les termes du contrat, beaucoup de difficulté à communiquer afin d'avoir une date, ne font pas les traitements inclus dans le prix. Les deux étoiles pour le représentant qui était gentil et répondait à nos appels, et bien entendu, je réalise que j'ai eu de la chance d'avoir eu ma tourbe quand je vais lire les autres commentaires.
Service à la clientèle déficient, très difficile de rejoindre quelqu'un, Pas de réponse après avoir laissé plusieurs messages. M'installe de la tourbe déjà morte.
