September 14, 2019 I am very unsatisfied with the service I have received. You didn’t follow through with the agreed job. First, I hired you to install my taps on my bathtub and you forgot to install a pipe long enough and threaded to fit the specific tap I asked to be installed. Second, you failed to find and repair the leak you left my bathtub with.
August 2, 2019 Hotwater tank needed a mix valve replacement - Denis came out at 4:30 on a Friday before the Long weekend so my family could have hot water! That is customer service!
January 30, 2018 Neglected to come out to look at my water system to see what I already had installed after saying the would. Arrived over 5 hours late to install water softener. Removed a large filter I already had before my softener and installed one half the size. When I questioned this they lied and said it would flow as well and filters would last as long as what I already had. I confirmed this with the water lab. When I replace our water heater we will not call D&S
