Dan Marier Renos

We contracted Dan to build and install cabinets and floating shelves around our living room fireplace. He did an amazing job, it looks like an entirely new space now! Dan was a true professional; he came to our home to take all his meaurements, he walked us through various options for materials, he was timely, and he coordinated directly with another contractor who we had hired to complete the fireplace portion of this project. We would absolutely recommend Dan for similar work!

Dan was very helpful and professional throughout the whole process, from design, demo and build through to detailed finishing. As with any old house there were unforeseen issues once we opened up the walls. He explained the issues clearly and presented options on the best ways to resolve them. He customized and fabricated whatever we needed to get over these issues. Were very happy with the outcome and would be happy to recommend him to friends.

We hired Dan and his crew to renovate and help design our new kitchen. Very professional, great timelines. We had minimal disruptions, and Dan helped us with coordinating the scheduling to make sure everything went smoothly. He has lots of experience and gave us a lot of practical advice and design ideas that maximized the outcome and saved us money. Dan built the boxes and doors, painted and installed all the cupboards. He installed the tile (herringbone) beautifully. He built and installed the custom range hood . He contracted an electrician to wire the built in microwave, range hood fan and light, and add an electrical outlet to the island. Fantastic experience, high quality results. Were hiring him for more renovations in the future.

Hired Dan to remodel our kitchen. Worked started in November 2021 and finished February 2022. Work consisted of mechanical, electrical and plumbing. As well as construction and installation of cupboards. Dan hired sub contractors for mechanical, electrical and plumbing aspects of job. He supervised and made sure work was done on time and to correct specifications. He worked closely with are designer and addressed any concerns we had during construction. We recommended Dan to neighbours who are also pleased with their kitchen Reno.

Dan had amazing ideas to address our needs for our kitchen makeover. Everything turned out amazing and with great attention to detail. Additionally Dan fought on our behalf when some of the other contractors (countertops) gave us a hard time. He believes in every project he takes on and ensures full satisfaction. We would recommend him to anyone considering doing a kitchen reno!
