Excellent service
J’ai fait affaire avec cette entreprise pour des travaux électriques à mon domicile. La soumission indiquait clairement l’installation d’encastrés et de gradateurs neufs inclus. Or, les électriciens ont plutôt réinstallé mes anciens gradateurs, ayant oublié le matériel neuf dans leur remorque, qui n’était plus accessible. Lorsque j’ai signalé l’erreur, l’entrepreneur a reconnu la situation, mais a exigé que je paie du temps supplémentaire pour remplacer les gradateurs. J’ai refusé, puisque le temps d’installation avait déjà été facturé et que le mauvais matériel avait été utilisé lors de ce temps d’installation. J’ai tenté d’expliquer la situation à plusieurs reprises, mais il n’y a eu aucune ouverture pour corriger l’erreur sans frais additionnels. Je suis déçue du service, du manque de transparence, de l’absence de responsabilité face à leur erreur et de l’attitude peu professionnelle lors de nos échanges.
