November 29, 2020 I was not experienced with choice of materials and colours and went entirely with Dave’s recommendations. The result met my best expectations. I really appreciated the attention to detail because I wanted this to be a first-class suite for my prospective tenant. I highly recommend Dave and his crew at DCR. Design by Make It Home. !!!
May 6, 2020 Dave & crew did our attic / firewall / garage ceiling a couple years ago, and now a full basement reno this winter. We cant say enough about quality of work, & ability to execute (stay on schedule, deliver exactly what we ask for). Most importantly, Dave goes the extra mile to both explain whats happening AND give advice/help us fix minor unrelated issues that pop up along the way. We highly recommend this firm.

All staff were skilled, knowledgeable, excellent to deal with and respectful towards our home and pets. Dave was available through the project, willing to receive and offer suggestions/ improvements. They did a fabulous job, final price as quoted, no surprises and a great warranty. We have since referred others.

We had an excellent experience using this company for our kitchen and bathroom reno in our 1928 home. The crew treated us and the home with respect and the workmanship was excellent. Dave was careful to go over every detail so there were no surprises and took great pride in the project, going g the extra mile. We highly recommend and will use this company for our future reno needs.

If you are looking to renovate your home, this is the company to go with. This was our first reno, so we were pretty nervous. But Dave took us thru this process step by step and it went great. From start to finish no complaints. Dave and his team are great to work with. Very professional, knowledgeable, and just plain kind. The work site was always kept clean and organized. Our reno came in on time and on budget. We have a beautiful kitchen now. I highly recommend this company!

Workers were very pleasant. They treated each other like family. Price was reasonable and Dave did an amazing job in keeping us up to date on the progress and and itemized invoice. Warranties his work, very happy. Did an amazing job on our full bathroom Reno. Will definitely use him on our next project.
