Ertan the Plumber was very professional with his work, but just as important, he had great customer service. He was polite, friendly, hardworking and got the job done right the first time. You could tell no corners were being cut during the process as he took the time to explain his work. Also did a great clean-up at the end of the job. Professional honest service. Doug and Shaq are great to work with and do good quality work.
We had some work done, but we had a small issue. The plumbers came back twice and made sure that we were 100% satisfied with their work. I will always recommend this company as they seek 100% customer satisfaction. We have used them before, several times, and never had a single issue; but when we eventually did have an issue with something they worked on they were very quick to make sure we were satisfied and happy with their work.
Fast & professional service! Due to the subfloor and tiling, the job was more complicated than anticipated. The plumber took the time to explain the issues and effected the repair leaving no doubt that it's a job done and done right. Would not hesitate to recommend.
New plumbing throughout our old house. Very challenging work to retrofit but DH did a great job. Doug is a nice person too. The cost was very fair for the complexity of the job.

We are experts at unblocking us un TV drains, with a range of drain augers up to our power jet flusher. If you have a leak, we are happy to find the source and either repair or replace the item causing the leak. We offer backflow services. We have a lot of experience with renovations.
