Had some trouble with the dishwasher last week and reached out to Doctor Appliance. I've used them twice before and been very pleased with the service team and repairs completed. This time it was Danny who came to work on the dishwasher. He was friendly and professional. He completed the repair same day and talked me through what he was doing. Dishwasher was back to work right away. Another great service experience. I've recommended Doctor Appliance to my friends and family and they remain my go-to appliance service team!
A quick turnaround (same day) to my request, unfortunately the machine was not worth the $ to save it. The repair person was so pleasant, explained what was wrong with the machine.
