February 2, 2016 ### This company does... This company doesn't deserve any star rating.....I give it a zero....I can not stress enough how terrible this company is. Future clients beware. Not only was their tankless hot water unit garbage. It broke and leaked one too many times, it's more their customer service, or lack there of that I am fuming about. The last couple weeks was my breaking point, a broken unit AGAIN and TWO no show service appointments. Unbelievable

June 3, 2015 ### Very poor service... Very poor service, customer service guy is totally not polo, and a lot of problem with there service, they do not keep appointments, keep rescheduling. Because my house is new In Oakville is new and it's A/C under their warranty, I would never deal with them. Many people in my area have problem with their services

November 18, 2014 ### I called this com... I called this company on a recommendation. Spoke to Lou. I described our issue (one of our showers was very hot and temp could not be changed. Other showers in house worked well). I sent Lou images of the shower and the controls, he said he would get back to me. The company made no contact w/me after that. Would not bother with this company again.
