Highlights

I initially hired Rob to instal 140sqft in my condo solarium. He did such a great job, with very minimal waste, I asked him to quote on the rest of my condo. The price was right so we went ahead with it. Unfortunately Covid impacted the job so it was delayed marginally. Nevertheless, the job was completed to our complete satisfaction.

I hired Rob to install about 650 sq ft of engineered hardwood flooring that I had already purchased. His estimate was extremely fair and he was open and available throughout the project. Some unexpected work came up after he removed the old flooring and he was very fair with costs for the additional labour required. He leveled the floors where needed and installed a new subfloor in addition to the flooring. We are very happy with the results! Would definitely recommend him for your flooring needs

We are very happy with the way Rob n his team completed this project. It’s been 8-9 months n I have no complaints. The work commenced and was completed on time. No delay. Reasonably priced. We highly recommend Rob.

Only a few public reviews are shown. Ask for recent references you can contact.
Their public evidence comes from a single source. Look them up on another site before deciding.
No credentials are shown here and the business has not claimed this profile. Ask to see certificates and insurance directly.
Trade licensing in Canada is set by each province or territory. Electrical, gas and plumbing are licensed trades almost everywhere (for example ESA for electrical and TSSA for gas in Ontario), so check your provincial regulator that the contractor is certified for the work before you hire.
A construction lien is a real risk: in every province an unpaid subcontractor or supplier can register a lien against your home even if you already paid the main contractor. Hold back the statutory amount (commonly around 10%) and get signed lien waivers as you pay.
Ask to see a portfolio of completed work like yours, plus recent references you can contact.
