D & S Renovations completed my much needed basement renovations due to the floods of 2023. I was able to have open communication on a daily basis. Therefore I knew where the project was at and when to expect trade individuals into my home. They were very flexible with adjustments I requested and let me know of any additional safety issues they discovered along the way. Was able to stay on projected budget which was very important to me. Any deficiencies I questioned were promptly looked into and amended accordingly. Lastly, I am so happy to have my basement back and I am beyond happy with the final outcome!

The owner refuses to fix deficiencies and finish the job after having spent over $100000 on a project his response is contact my lawyer... He double charged for some services and once we started questioning he ignored all emails and gave us his lawyers name and number. The work is very sloppy and unprofessional. He will underpriced the project and shortly after it’s started after the walls, doors etc are all removed the project manager is telling the quote is wrong it won’t cover ANY of the doors and trims. No worries with all your old doors and trims being in the dumpster you have no choice to agree to an extra $10000 for the exact same work NO extra that you were initially quoted. Many change orders throughout the project because of Mike misquoted several things... Save yourself the headaches and shop around for an honest contractor.

We recently had D&S Renovations complete a complete home update for us. Our project included a Master Bathroom upgrade, Boot room build, upgrading our lighting, all other bathrooms, painting, and our patio door and some siding. We are incredibly happy with the finished project. From concept, design, project work, and completion our project was easy with their process…. all while the pandemic started. The team of employees was great to work with given the shutdown environment everyone was experiencing. Working off our agreed-upon budget…. only additional items were request we made. Work began and the amount of care for our home, lifestyle, and craftsmanship was evident from day one. The attention to detail and building exactly what we wanted was unmatched. We are very happy with the results and have already started planning out our next project with D&S Renovations.

D&S Renovations completed my cottage renovations. They installed new windows and exterior door, finished the interior insulation and pine wall paneling throughout the cottage, installed kitchen cabinets and built a new deck and dock. The entire team was very professional while on site and I was very pleased with their workmanship. They definitely paid attention to detail and provided me with great ideas on how to utilize a small space to its fullest potential. They had great suggestions and insights based on my wants and needs. They were especially attentive in helping me create a cozy place to relax and enjoy my lake location. The Project Manager was excellent to communicate with and was always available for any questions or concerns and kept costs within my budget when changes were requested.
