Eagleye Roofing

This is the second job Elton and Eagle Eye have completed for us. Elton is incredibly responsive - we spoke on Friday and he arrived less than two hours later with his crew to assess the damage to our roof. The next day, the crew came back and removed the ice dam in our room and applied new flashing. The quality of the work is great and Elton and his team's communication is stellar.

We recently contracted EAGLEYE ROOFING to replace our shingles, soffits and gutters. Our main contact ELTON, was very informative and fully explained the inspections they were prepared to do and the work and roofing products they were going to use. All shingles were removed, additional baffles were installed where necessary, the entire wooden roof was covered with a water resistant underlayment, Winterguard protection was installed along the eaves and valleys and then the new shingles were installed. New roof vents were installed in existing locations, as well as two additional roof vents to ensure adequate ventilation in the new roofing system. Eltons soffit & gutter team also did a commendable job replacing our soffits, fascia, leaking roof gutters and downspouts, including adding several new downspouts in important locations. A few potlights were also installed in the front & rear soffits for area lighting. Our experience with both work crews was very positive. They would arrive at their specified start time each day and worked til sunset. At the end of each work day, they would clean and leave our property the way they found it. They were all courteous, respectful and professional. EAGLEYE ROOFING also provided written warranties for the roofing shingles that they used and a 10 year workmanship warranty as well. I would recommend EAGLEYE ROOFING for the quality of their work, their professional work ethic, warranties and their reasonable costs.

Outstanding. Eagleye was recommended by a friend and we were very pleased with all aspects of their service from initial inspection through installation and final walk around. Elton is a terrific communicator and patiently explained our roof condition and replacement options. We felt very comfortable with our choice and appreciated his regular updates. His onsite crew were very professional and finished the job on schedule and within budget - even our neighbours were impressed with how clean they kept the area.
