June 13, 2019 Dustin and Jeff were awesome to work with! We had two other local plumbers in already and they either said certain jobs werent worth their time, gave us bad advice, or they did not finish the job as promised. Dustin took every tiny job we had and did it all amazingly well. Fast and friendly service and a high level of professionalism. Dustin even took the time to show me how to trouble shoot any issues we might face. I loved working with them and will always use EJ Mack for any plumbing jobs.

May 28, 2018 I have a cottage about an hour north of Peterborough. I had some issues opening the cottage this year. I was stuck as no other local plumbers is available to help me. I found Dustin at EJ Mac Plumbing through a neighbor. What a surprise! He actually showed up when he said he would! Dustin and team did an awesome job at my place. If you want to work with a professional that walk the talk... I highly recommend these guys! you will not be disappointed.

December 19, 2017 We are the landlord based in Toronto. We got a call from the tenant of our rental property located in Peterborough and inform us of an urgent plumbing issue. Dustin helped us solve the problem on the same day. Professional service with very reasonable cost. Highly recommended!!

Emphasis on customer satisfaction and went above and beyond to provide quality workmanship. Pricing was excellent also and Dustin was not pushy when discussing options. August 13, 2017 I honestly can't say enough good things about these guys! From first call to completion they have been amazing to deal with; polite, courteous & hard working. My new bathroom is beautiful, was done completely on budget and they worked ridiculously long hours to ensure it was done on time despite some unexpected difficulties. They also answered my 3 million questions patiently and promptly, usually within minutes. Don't even bother calling anyone else. Thank you Dustin, Phil and Paul

He has expertise, does an impeccable job, cleans up afterwards, is reasonably priced, communicates in minutes not hours, is ALWAYS available when I need him. An incredible plumber and human being. I highly recommend his company and services.

May 13, 2017 Dustin was quick to respond to my original email, priced me a backup sump pump and showed up when he said he would.The work was professional and when I called on a Friday night to have a different check valve put he was there within an hour and put a quieter one in. I will use Dustin for all my future plumbing needs.
