October 8, 2021 Horrible experience, not professional work, overcharges, adding fake hours on bills, technicians sitting in the car after visits and they charge you for it when you request credit back with proof, customer service manager writing you if you do not pay the bill right away, next week we are sending you to collections. !!

November 7, 2014 ### Used for several years, but had a bad experience I used Electric Eel for several jobs. The last job was running an underground power line to our exterior garage. During the job, I had to tell them that I did not want the wire attached above the ground to my neighbours' fence. They dug a shallow trench for some plastic conduit. Later, I had to pay for a repair because the hardware outside the garage had come out of the wall. I found out that they used interior-grade wire and should have had conduit all the way to the house.
