When my old water tank burst causing flooding I needed a fast replacement. After seeing a bunch of positive reviews, I decided to call Ash. He was super responsive and easy to work with, which made everything a lot less stressful. The same day his crew showed up and started the replacement. The install team was professional and friendly. They had everything replaced quickly and cleaned up afterward. They also took the time to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend Ash and his crew and I'm very happy no one had to take a cold shower.

I contacted Ash after seeing some good reviews from satisfied homeowners on an online forum. We worked out a great deal over just a couple of text messages. He gave a great recommendation for the size of my home and I have been very happy with the install. He scheduled me in to have the coils upgraded in my hvac system and a new outdoor ac unit. His team worked very quickly (job was completed within an hour or two) and was very courteous (placed drop sheets on my carpeted stairs, hauled away old equipment). He was also very accommodating on settling the invoice. Highly recommend Fair Deal heating and air conditioning for all your hvac needs.

Had a gas leak middle of winter. Got a hold of fair deal and they booked me in right away and gave a fair price. No complaints at all. Great service. Would definitely recommend them.

Work done high professionally; with quick response to emergency situation; with reasonable price for good quality product. Two years ago they replaced broken air conditioning. I am very satisfied with results.

I came across Fair Deal when I was doing my own research for a new hot water tank. When I reached out to Fair Deal I got a very quick reply from Ash. The quote and booking were easy and straightforward, and the installation was very smooth. The installers were clean, used drop sheets and were very nice and polite. Going forward I will definitely contact Fair Deal for future HVAC needs whether it's for a service call or for when I need new HVAC equipment.
