December 31, 2017 I had a basement flood Dec 5th 2016 and first general was dispatched from my insurance company. They failed to document items disposed of including a freezer with 200 items. Didn't clean out the contents of the closet which were full of water and started growing mold. Everyday different workers who would leave after half a day. Didn't clean up well left nails sticking out and open electrical boxes live. They were absolutely terrible to the point I banned them from entering my house anymore.
November 24, 2017 Took forever for them to complete the insurance claim work. Lots of excuses for delays and the level of workmanship extremely poor. Run away as fast as you can.
September 30, 2015 ### Worst service and... Worst service and terrible business methods. I had to ask for a contract / Scope of work. responses to questions took days / weeks. At the end the GM actually advised me to take a buy out.. It was they didn't want the hassle of doing the job. I would never use them again..
