March 26, 2025 My A/C stopped working during a heatwave and Ezra made time in his schedule to come by and fix the unit. I have used First Klass a couple more times for odd jobs and everyone I've dealt with was amazing. When looking at air filters, they took time to explain differences in each option and didn't try to upsell me. I wish all trades were as easy to deal with as First Klass. Highly recommend!!!
March 2, 2020 Super honest and reliable!
November 28, 2017 We just had First Klass do the all the mechanical work after a house flood. It has been months and as of yesterday, the job is still not complete and has FAILED city inspection twice. After countless messages and emails, we still have not heard a thing back from management. Clearly our business was a nuisance to them.
