Franco’s renovation and finishing

After reviewing several quotes, I chose Franco’s Rénovation to remove approximately 600 sq. ft. of popcorn ceiling. The project was required due to a 16-foot crack and our desire to have a clean, smooth ceiling finish. I was truly impressed by the professionalism of the crew from the moment they arrived and throughout the entire process. They carefully protected all walls, floors, and furniture. As you know, this type of work is complex and very dusty, yet they managed to keep the dust to a minimum and performed a thorough cleanup before leaving. The final result is a superb flat ceiling—honestly, a brand-new ceiling could not look any better. They stayed on site until everything was fully dry to ensure the quality met both their standards and ours. They even touched up paint on the walls where imperfections had been left by previous work done by others. We are extremely satisfied with the results and have already decided to hire them again to complete the second floor.

If I could give 10 out of 5 stars, I absolutely would. Angel and his partner did an exceptional job repairing several areas of drywall that needed patching. From the very beginning, Angel was extremely responsive during the quoting process and came to visit in person before providing an estimate. His pricing was very fair compared to other quotes I received. They arrived exactly on time, worked diligently throughout the day, and completed the job as scheduled. The workmanship was truly outstanding - literally second to none. Two of the repairs were on the ceiling at the wall junction, and the results were flawless. You would never know any patching had been needed. They were professional from start to finish and left the space spotless once the work was completed. I would hire Angel again without hesitation and highly recommend him to anyone needing drywall or plaster repair. He also offers stipple removal, and based on the quality of work, I wouldn’t think twice about hiring him.

I am very pleased with the work TMX did replacing the water damaged drywall and insulation in the ceiling of my staircase and replacing the stipple with a smooth finish. The ceiling has never looked so good. Hard workers that did a really good job from start to finish. Clean up was meticulous. Very customer satisfaction driven. Professional duo. They restored basement bulkhead and section of bathroom wall that was demolished due to water damage. They delivered a well finished job in 3 days. Went beyond expectation and refreshed adjacent walls with paint. Kept and left the space tidy. Courteous communication and manners. Kudos!
