Frisque & Company Limited was incorporated in 1978 and is a full service creative design/build contracting company. While specializing in designing and building luxury homes and cottages, we also apply our skills to full scale renovations and commercial interiors. We believe the basis for our success is our philosophy of ‘team concept,’ in which the client is an integral part. We recognize the importance of blending the client’s vision with our extensive experience in home building and design. Design/Build Process: The process begins with client meetings to determine the overall style of the home, individual family member requirements, specialty rooms and features. After concept designs, including floor layouts, have been approved by the owner, building codes and by-laws are consulted to verify the design will be accepted by the building department. Final working drawings will then be initiated, including site plan, basement and floor plans, elevations, cross sections and required details. These finished drawings will be suitable for building permit purposes, complete with BCIN review.
