October 21, 2023 Krys installed central AC and the humidifier on my furnace; he also programmed my control panel and programs to my liking. He was reliable and efficient. The whole job took about 3 days total. He’s funny too. (I didn’t even need to feed him milk and cookies.) I would definitely recommend Krys to others. Thanks Krys!

March 11, 2022 this guy is about as crooked as they get. Installed a furnace 9 years ago. paid for extended warrantee $460.00. My furnace died yesterday, called in a service company and told them I had extended warrantee, they checked and the warrantee had never been registered. this only means 1 thing, He took the money for himself. Crooked, crooked, crooked. Of course he is no longer in business BIG surprise. Someday, someone will screw you as well Kris, I hope I get to see it when it happens.

February 13, 2021 Our water heater started leaking from the bottom of the tank. We called Kris, he was at our place within the hour and had the new water heater installed a few hours later. He really saved the day! Very professional and knew exactly what needed to be done. Would highly recommend this company!

February 8, 2021 Kris does beautiful work. A group of guests at a country cottage admired his wood-stove and kept warm and cozy on a -40 evening. !

March 19, 2020 I have Kris installed furnace and water heater in home recently. He has done an excellent installation job and he is very knowledgeable as well

June 24, 2019 I am surprised this guy (Kris) is still in business. He installed a new furnace for me. His work failed the inspection as he did not provide the heat loss calculations and start up report. I paid him in full as he promised to come back and follow up with this. I have chased this guy for over a year and every time he said he would get it done. His word is worth nothing and I would avoid this guy. BEWARE!

February 27, 2018 We have used Furnaceworx many times for our house and for rentals. The repair person has always been friendly and professional. He does a really good job and stands behind his work. The only negative is that sometimes we have had to wait a day or so before the work can be done. Over the years we have dealt with many different furnace repair companies, large and small. Based on our experience we will be sticking with Furnaceworx!

January 31, 2017 ### Stay Away Hired him to replace furnace & water tank just over a year. A few month later my furnace started having issues. Took him 6 times to come fix it & it's after I had another contractor coming & telling me what needs to be done. He blamed the issue on thermostat (which he never replaced when he installed high efficiency furnace and we had to replace ourselves). Spoken with numerous parties, was not an issue. Bottom line, very unprofessional, took 4 month to fix it after furnace stopped working
