August 2, 2022 Top-notch. I had a 20-year-old generator under service with Gentech. We experienced a power outage a week ago on Sunday. I placed a service call and had service on-site within 35 minutes. The service person knew what they were doing and was able to help me. Fortunately, the power was restored
November 3, 2018 Horrible service. Couldn’t even get a quote. Came out on Friday, seemed very professional, measured up for a proposal and said he would get to me by Monday Never heard back from him despite sever text and phone messages
May 5, 2018 I apologize for being upset concerning the non-activity of my generator .The emergency service was not swift at all...its hardly sufficient to keep me on hold for 20 minutes on an emergency call! But although the generator is still not functioning the service representative came out about 15 minutes after the hydro came back on . This is still not satisfactory as I have faithfully paid for bi-annual checkups and had repairs made in February,2018 and when I have needed it there is no service.
