"I had an older style crank window that was broken. It was repaired even though it was not easy. The work was done properly and he would not leave until it was perfect. He managed to repurpose some parts he had to make it fit my window as parts are no longer available for this style window. Anyone else would have said it was unrepairable. The price was very reasonable considering the time and effort spent to fix. He also recommended new windows with very competitive rates. Great old world service with care - rarely seen anymore."
