Goldwin Construction recently completed a structural project in my basement, replacing an old wooden beam with a steel one and handling all the related work: site prep, demo, installation, framing, drywall, finishing, and coordinating the engineer’s drawings and final sign‑off. From the very beginning, Brandon stood out for his professionalism and communication. He provided a clear and detailed estimate, answered all my questions, and kept me updated throughout the entire project with photos and progress notes, even while I was traveling. That level of transparency gave me a lot of confidence. The work was completed exactly as quoted, with no unexpected costs, and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. His team was respectful, organized, and easy to deal with. Everything they said they would do, they did, and they did it well. I’m very happy with the final result and would not hesitate to hire Goldwin Construction again for future projects.
Goldwin replaced flooring and upgraded trim on a floor of my home. The project was completed on time (except for a door to be resized) on budget (no extras charged) and to a high standard of workmanship. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again myself.
We had a terrific experience with Brandon. He contacted me immediately about my request for quotes and showed up the same day to review the project and provide an estimate. He did an exceptional job building stairs and a handrail (and some replacement deck planks) for our front entry way. He communicated well throughout and completed the job quickly. I would highly recommend him!

We’re thrilled with the finish product, our garage is better than we had hoped for. Brandon was lovely to work with, handled communications with both neighbours. One of which was a real pain during our house renovation, for this one he has nothing to complain about. Thank you for building our garage and getting us ready for our baby!
