He and his partner Jessie worked diligently and we most responsive to issue which arose during the replacement portion. The project did take longer than they estimated but in our view it was time well spent to ensure the final touches were done to our satisfaction. They cleaned up their work site upon completion. We would hesitate to recommend Great Northern."
