Je ne recommande pas les services de monsieur Stéphane Gagnon, qui se présente comme spécialisé en ouvrage de plâtre et de tirage de joints! Voici pourquoi. 10 jours après le début des travaux pour une pièce de 5’ X 10’ X 7’, je lui ai fait part de mon insatisfaction concernant la qualité du travail. Monsieur Gagnon a alors monté le ton, il s’est mis à sacrer et m’a dit qu’il perdait son temps chez moi! Puisque je ne tolère aucun comportement agressif, encore moins de la part d’un entrepreneur que je paye à prix de professionnel pour un travail d’amateur, je lui ai demandé de quitter bien que les travaux ne soient toujours pas achevés! Résultat; j’ai dû payer des centaines de dollars supplémentaires pour acheter un papier peint texturé pour cacher tous les défauts, sans compter que je dois l’installer et le peindre! Moi qui croyais avoir fait un bon choix avec le Groupe Gagnon qui d’ailleurs, n’est composé que de lui, je me retrouve avec plus de désagréments qu’autre chose. Pour ces raisons, je ne peux vous inciter à faire appel à ses services. Or, si vous tenez absolument à garocher votre argent par les fenêtres dites-moi où vous demeurez; je vais aller cueillir vos billets sur votre terrain!!!
