HB Pools

The team called 15min before arrival to make sure the time worked well for me. They took their measurements efficiently and let me keep the sample book so I could deliberate at my own pace over our new liner options. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a video summary after the visit which recapped all of their findings that they discovered and had already taken the time to discuss with me. So far I am very impressed and happy with our choice to replace our I ground pool liner with HB Pools. Keep it up!!

The price i I put is somewhat approximate. The work they did was excellent done very quick and I had confidence that they could take on any task or anything they came up against. Highly recommend them

Disappointing experience. My husband passed and always looked after our pool. A friend told me about HB Pools so I got them to close my pool. Do not make the mistake I did. Look at their website before booking to get an idea of the cost. They sold me a duck plug system ( 2 plugs and a pipe in the skimmer) for 75$ I wanted my lights removed, they would not remove them and they sunk them to the bottom of the pool with weights and charged me 10$ per weight. They put a jug of antifreeze with a weight on it in my stairs and that was another 20$ The 75$ duck plug system also requires foam in the skimmer which was another $20. My salt cell also needed cleaning. I provided the salt cell cleaning solution and they charged me 15$ for that. I understand them charging me extra if they had to wait for the cell to be clean but it was in the solution as they were putting my safety cover on. So the charge of $425+HST to close my pool turned out to be closer to $600. I have called other companies in my area that service pools afterwards to compare prices and they are no where near the cost HB Pools charges.

HB pools has excellent service, and extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. I had a new pool liner installed, the price they quoted, was the price I paid. They did a extremely thorough job (pool walls cleaned meticulously, all cracks were filled it looked like a new pool). They promptly returned to remove one small wrinkle in the new liner, and assisted with removal of a jammed inlet eye (at closing) at no additional cost. This company company does not nickel and dime the customer they are looking to have long term customers.
