“I recommend Home2stay for mobility solutions inside the house. I contacted Home2stay about a stairlift for my dad, to make it possible for him to continue going up and down the stairs of his house despite increasing difficulties with walking. Rahim then came for an assessment of the possibilities, which initiated a cyclic process of us contemplating our options, and Rahim answering our endless questions, making requested revisions, providing suggestions, and updating quotes. It was an extended process which required patience on both sides, partly because of our indecisiveness, and partly due to answers taking longer than suggested. But it was important to get it right, and with Home2stay's help, along with their experience, knowledge and thoughtfulness, we received both a helpful temporary solution and the design of a custom stairlift which is now on its way, and which we are confident will be the right solution for him. Thank you Home2stay!”

The team at Home2stay were beyond helpful when we were looking into multiple stairlifts for our home. They were patient, thorough, flexible, and went above and beyond to make sure we meet our needs (without pushy sales tactics). They came quickly to measure and provide detailed estimates, and were flexible and accommodating with different options to meet our needs. Installers were quick, clean, friendly, and respectful of our home when we had 4 indoor stairlifts installed in January 2024. UPDATE Dec 2024: Home2Stay arranged for some electrical work to facilitate power to two of our new stairlifts. We've had problems with beeping batteries and a voltage issue with the new outlets. They came out to look but didn't fix the problem and then stopped responding. I will go elsewhere for our outdoor stair lifts.
