I found Horizon extremely responsive. I had a serious blockage in our toilet at my group fitness studio. Someone was here to fix it within a couple of house after posting the job here. Two days later, the toilet was blocked again! Horizon to the rescue - they sent someone again, same day, to fix it without any additional charge. Haven't had any issues with this toilet since. Highly recommended.
