June 30, 2024 I don’t normally write reviews, but after the experience I had with the Hy-Grade roof installation and the cost of this roof, I thought it would be a good idea to write a review so others can double check their work as well. It all start it back in November dealing with Hy-Grade's salesman, Jim Bradley, and to this day I have never physically met the guy in person. Everything was dealt with text, email or phone call. I thought he would contact me to go over the roof details and their warranty, b

January 18, 2021 Worst decision I could have made. They promised to install the roof in 4-6 weeks, of course they were late. When they finally showed up without the proper equipment and damaged my property. They are really proud of the “Quality Audit” that they do, but of course they won’t give you a copy of the audit…lol BTW - “Quality Audit” they did at my house consisted of 2 guys coming over to pickup the leftover junk they left at my house for a month. They never even went up on the roof! Horrible!
