Imperial Renovations

They did a great job of renovating a very disastrous old basement bathroom. They came and did the work when they had said they would. Very good work.

We have had the pleasure of having Jas and his team renovate our entire house. He told us it would be a two-three month job, and even after we made some changes, he still got the project done when he said he would. His team worked around the clock, and no detail missed, the house was spotless after each workday and, because he is a mechanical engineer, he found and created spaces for us that we did not think possible. We have been back in the house for ten months and love every inch of it. Thank you! We could not be happier with our kitchen renovation. Jass broke down the load-bearing wall btw our kitchen and living room to open up the space. He was punctual, worked full and long days and always cleaned up any messes. He helped us chose our back-splash, connect our appliances, put in our flooring and so much more. Last year he returned to our house once again to replace the flooring on the top floor. Jass is pleasant, hard-working and takes pride in his work. He does one job at a time and will follow through before taking other jobs. He also always returns to help out for any small repairs. It is very hard to find someone who could compare! We recommend Jass to all our family and friends because of the quality of his work, and his strong work ethic.

We were looking for a contracting company to complete our kitchen and bathroom renovations(installing new counter tops, back splash , plumbing, etc…) . Luckily we found Jas @ imperial renovations who was working in our neighbourhood – saw his work and hired his company. Jas is a highly professional, patient and more importantly, trustworthy individual who takes pride in his work . Jas listened to all our requirements and completed the job in a very systematic and professional way without cutting corners . We also recommended him to our next neighbour who eventually hired him. When we bought a house that needed renovation, we were scared by the stories of contractors that our friends told us. However in our search for contractor we finalized with Imperial Renovation. It was an excellent experience, as they started on date committed and did not stop work till the work was complete, without a break. Work is of very good quality and team is very flexible to design changes and added scope. We did 3 bathrooms and whole house painting. After few years we needed to do another bathroom, we just called Imperial Renovation and same excellent experience. When we plan for more work to be done and yes, it will be Imperial again. Wish them all the success and keep up the good work !!
