I asked Imperial Roofing to quote on a shingle replacement for two attached homes. I wanted to use Imperial Roofing and was only swayed by the extensive warranty on labour and materials provided by a CertainTeed contractor (Imperial are IKO Certified Contractors). They were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous when putting the detailed quote together, and were very competitive price wise. I will be calling on them when I need to replace our cedar shingles.
Excellent craftsmanship & quality. Roof and eaves looks amazing. Team was professional all around. Quote was accurate with no surprises and the price quoted was exactly what we paid. Team protected the property while they replaced the roof and performed a thorough clean up at the end of each day. Eaves were installed without issue. Highly recommend their roofing services.

Stephan from Imperial Roots took the time to get on our roof and take pics. He was the only one out of the 4 companies that we got quotes from that did this. Additionally, Imperial Roof's prices were very competitive. The install team showed up on time, was very hard working and did a fantastic job on the cleanup. They also took the time to let us know about some inconsistencies from our last roofing job 18 years ago, and were able to address those for us. Overall, we were very satisfied with the professionalism and quality of their work. I highly recommend Imperial Roofs. Anthony
