DO NOT TRUST MIKE FROM BONA In the beginning seems like Trustable guy, which I hired him to do some patch up on drywall, he did that and again I gave him a bigger job to do ( it was new drywall installation and plaster) which he left me in the middle of the job that I paid him in full . I called him to see why he left , he said he is sorry because he promised a small job and as soon as he finished he will come back , I trust him again. ..few weeks passed but didn’t show up, I called him again, which he start bringing excuses , when I asked him to return the money because I wanted to hire another guy, he kept ignoring me and after while he blocked my number and I called him with another number, as soon as he heard my voice, right away hung up . I called the RenoQuotes customer service and explained to them what happened but that was it , never seen my money anymore. That one star I gave him because there isn’t no ZERO star there otherwise I was giving him absolutely ZERO star . So don’t trust mike and BONA Company .
Very responsive and performed great work. Reasonable price too.
