The guys were fantastic, polite and hardworking! The temperature was well above 30 degrees celcius but that did not deter them. They worked long hours with very few breaks and no complaints! The nice perc was they “picture framed” the deck which added a custom look to the finished product. They also quickly realized the deck they tore down was not up to code and corrected without question There was a misunderstanding on my husbands part as to the colour of the ceiling bathroom which they redid without complaint or extra $$ Mike and his team were professional at all times and cleaned the work area daily Would hire them again in a nano-second

I recently had a major home renovation and expansion project with J & M Construction Services Inc., and I cannot speak highly enough about the exceptional quality, professionalism, and attention to detail demonstrated by this company. I originally had a one-level home that has now been beautifully transformed into a spacious two-level residence with extensive interior and exterior upgrades, including landscaping and a swimming pool, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. He took the time to understand my vision, offered valuable suggestions, and presented a detailed 3D layout that allowed me to visualize every aspect of the project before any work began. His communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process. Any time I had a question or needed to discuss a detail, Mike and his team were easy to reach and incredibly responsive. The work itself exceeded all expectations. J & M Construction completed a full second-floor addition, expanded the main level, and fully renovated both the interior and exterior of the house. This included four beautifully designed bathrooms and two high-end kitchens, all finished with premium-quality materials and detailed craftsmanship. The team’s professionalism was evident every step of the way; they were always punctual, respectful of my property, and stayed on schedule from start to finish. I was especially impressed with their landscaping work and the flawless installation of our new swimming pool, which has completely transformed our outdoor space. It is rare to find a construction company that delivers on every promise, but J & M Construction truly did. We had our flooring replaced by J &M Construction Services. Mike and John were fantastic to deal with and were very thorough in their installation. Our original floor was not level and they took the time to ensure it was installed correctly and to our satisfaction. We will definitely use them again for future renovations and highly recommend them to others.

We hired J&M to renovate our kitchen, main floor and bathroom and are so pleased with the results. Mike and his team did an amazing job - from the planning and designing, the whole reno process, we are very satisfied. Great communication throughout the project and any deficiencies were corrected.
