May 13, 2017 ### Josh A . Great Contractor!!!!! We had some A/C issues and called J&S to have the problem assessed.We booked the appointment and Josh A showed up on time. He diagnosed the problem and gave me a couple of options to work with. Josh took the time to answer all my questions in terms that i could understand we found him to be very knowledgeable and generally cared about our current situation.Josh prepared a quote and went over it in detail with me. I felt confident that he was able to fix the problem so we booked the job.

January 18, 2017 Josh came to our home the other day to give us a report on our furnace. We moved in to a very old house and wanted an honest evaluation. Josh was polite, efficient and arrived on time! He gave me a thrall report on the condition of our furnace along with this observations and suggestions. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and why. He also let me know what would be a priority and why. He left me with a detailed written summary. I will use J&S again.

November 18, 2015 ### Really good custo... Really good customer service, quick appointment times and they were on time. I would recommend this company and would use them again.

September 16, 2015 ### Repair was satisf... Repair was satisfactory cut cost was extremely high. Did not have the required part and had to go and get one. Now have the nerve to send me a coupon for a $75 Friends and Family Discount but this "Excludes dispatch and service fees" so I can't see the use of it. I will not use again or recommend.

June 12, 2015 ### Best plumbing service in Newmarket Best plumbing service in Newmarket by far. I've had two other plumbing companies in here and they were the only ones to actually fix the issue. I would recommend them.

March 17, 2015 ### MOST UNREASONABLE... MOST UNREASONABLE PRICING!!! They charge you by the work not an hour, because the hourly rate will be from $800-$1000. The replacement of sump pump cost me (30 min of labor) $800 + Tax The invoice didn't have a break down what you are paying for, so did it my self: Myers 1/2 sump pump $300 ( I estimated the cost online) Labor $500 per 1/2 hour ($1000 per hour) I will not call them again. STAY AWAY!!!
