A designer with a multifaceted approach covering interior design and personal shopping, Janice leaves no stone unturned in the search for authenticity. Janice launched her design consultancy after working 24 years as a respected designer in the industry. "..My starting point is my clients' enthusiasm. I listen carefully to what the client would like but give them better than they could achieve on their own. Design is subjective and I approach all of my projects with an open mind. When working in a home, I like to tell a story about its' owner. As designers, we are like divining rods, interpreting the balance of colour texture and tone together with key pieces of furniture and art. All of this enhances a room and reflects those who spend time in the space. I approach each project systematically, giving consideration to floor plans before adding furniture fabrics and accessories. I use a creative mix of styles and am not adverse to using brush strokes of strong colour. My style is classic, timeless, elegant and above all comfortable and full of warmth."
