September 8, 2020 God awful. The owners son (of course!) came by like a bull in a china shop and seemed inexperienced from the get go. Didn’t fix our problem. Wanted to knock down half the house to find the issue. A second company came by, took an objective step back and fixed it in 3 hrs. These guys seem just as inept from a billing standpoint, we had our credit card randomly billed 4 months later and never got a bill until we called when we saw the charge. A cowboy operation, avoid like the plague!

August 18, 2020 Owner told me i needed to pay him in $2000 in cash after hours as part of my bill for new furance. Another instance of a man taking advantage of a woman on her own.

March 11, 2019 Near the end of Jan. 2019 I had one of the plumbers out to my business to turn the hot water up on the hot water tank. March 4th 2019 I called Jaynes as the pipe leading into the hot water tank was. The plumber told us the leak was likely his fault as he forgot to back the valve off a quarter turn to release the pressure. I was billed 101.70 for this even though the plumber admitted the leak was his fault to begin with

August 21, 2017 One came to fix furnace and had to call someone else from company to do it .Got charged double fee (almost cost of new furnace ) pretty sick to treat a young woman and two little kids in winter !
