I would have no hesitation recommending JII Fine Homes, and I would definitely consider using them for any future projects."

We hired JII Fine Homes to completely renovate three 30-year old bathrooms. They came in with an excellent quote and stayed on budget throughout. Jim is a highly experienced contractor who took the time to help us when we felt undecided on options and he offered so many excellent suggestions. He hires a top-notch team of craftsmen who do quality work all of the bathrooms turned out beautifully! Jim and his right-hand organizer Shaffina were always available and immediately responsive to our needs and they were such a pleasure to work with we would use them again!
It was a pleasure to work with Jim and his team from Jii Fine Homes in renovating our kitchen. His quote was reasonable and there were no costly surprise issues. Unusual for our near century old house. The kitchen was completely reconfigured to accommodate a new island and move the range to an exterior wall for proper venting. Plumbing, electrical, HVAC and walls had to be moved. A gas line was added for the new range. The work of all related trades was top notch. Our kitchen was functional in a surprising amount of time. Jims personal attention to detail is amazing. We now have the kitchen of our dreams.
