Outstanding Quality, Professionalism, and Fairness - Highly Recommend! I am absolutely thrilled with the incredible job Jin Tai Roofing did on our home. We hired them for a full replacement of our shingles, soffits, fascia, eaves troughs, and leaf guards. From the very beginning, their team was professional, efficient, and exceptionally fast. The true measure of their expertise came when they stripped the old roof and discovered significant, unexpected problems, including extensive rot that required replacing 23 sheets of plywood and repairing a damaged section of fascia. They handled this challenge seamlessly. What impressed me most was how fair and competitive their pricing was for this substantial extra work. There was no pressure, just a clear explanation and a very reasonable cost. The crew's work ethic was outstanding. They were incredibly clean, and you would never know how much work had just been done. The final result is simply amazing, the new roof, vents, and all the black

Highly recommend Jin Tai Roofing. After finding a leak in our house, we had our roof shingles and flat roof fully replaced, plus all new fascia, eaves, gutters. After a few surprises, the flat roof needed need new sheathing over the deck board and we added installation as well. It was handled without fuss or concern, and all the new details were explained clearly. Everything was done with detail and care. All materials were as promised. Everything was cleaned after each day. The project was completed on time as promised. On a personal note Kylie and the team were incredibly accommodating, responsive and truly made us feel like we were in good hands. We trusted the team and the work. We would highly recommend Jai Tai Roofing. Our new roof and eaves look fantastic and we can’t stress how wonderful of an experience we had. Thank you!!
