We hired Ivan to install some flooring, a ceiling fan, fix some interior doors and install an ethernet cable into our basement. All jobs were completed beyond my expectation. Ivan and Jessica are extremely professional, tidy, honest and an absolute joy to work with. I will hire them again and have already recommended them for several jobs.

Ivan is a contractor who takes pride in their work. I recently hired him to build a custom closet, install a door, and construct an acoustic soundproof wall, and we are very happy with the results. Ivan has great attention to detail, and makes sure the finishing is perfect. The closet looks like it was part of the original floor plan. He also has excellent communication and flexibility, he kept me updated every step of the way, explained his process, and was always available to answer questions. Finally, he treated our home with respect and finished the project on schedule.

Overall, I’m pleased with the final result. When the project turned out to be more complex than originally quoted, Ivan and his wife didn’t give up, they came up with creative solutions and put in long hours to bring my vision to life. They genuinely cared about the project and gave it their best effort. In addition to installing the acoustic wall panels, they also installed three light fixtures, and that part of the job went very smoothly.
