Wonderful roof installed. My house looks great!
Although our roof was not leaking it was past it's 20-year lifespan. A recent wind storm pushed the tiles over the edge, leaving them peeling with shrapnel around the property. With winter already setting in we wanted the roof repaired right away. Not only was the quote from John lower than all others, he didn't try to up-sell anything, and even provided extras where he felt necessary. His crew were available to start the job the following week and had it completed in the expected 2-day window the weather was giving. Throughout the whole process John kept us updated with numerous progress photos. The site was kept clean throughout the whole process with protection for our siding and landscaping. I've worked with 3 other contractors over the years and they all changed personality throughout the work, leaving us with regret. But not John. He was a pleasure to work with and I'll use him again for other services when the time comes.
Our roof started leaking and we received multiple quotes. JMT was the first to get back to us and competitively priced. John was great to deal with the whole way through making sure we had all our questions answer and knew what was going on. His crew was professional, took lots of pictures of the process and kept the site clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.
John demonstrated honesty and a helpful demeanor when discussing roofing materials. He was flexible and accommodating in addressing my concerns regarding the awning. Throughout the project, he and his team worked efficiently, promptly addressing any issues that arose. He kept me informed and ensured I felt at ease throughout the process.
John and his crew recently replaced my roof and gutters. I was really worried about leaks during the fall and winter rains. John scheduled my new roof quickly and kept me informed every step of the way. His crew did an excellent job and my yard was left spotless. I no longer have torrents of water running off my roof and we feel safe and secure in our newly roofed home. I would highly recommend JMT Roofing and gutters! Catherine
