October 5, 2018 I purchased a new kitchen faucet, water dispenser and whole house filter at Home Depot. I called John L to install it. He installed the kitchen faucet but advised not to install the other, for valid reasons. We have multiple problems with our water system and he spent 30 minutes helping me figure it out and then just charged me for the faucet installation. I wanted him to change some other plumbing and he explained how I could easily do it myself. He is honest and knowledgeable.

June 5, 2018 This guy is the rudest person I have ever come across, he has NO respect for anyone..yells at you when you ask him a question.." I DON\`T TAKE ORDERS FROM YOU ".....does not remove his shoes and is not professional at all...if I could give a minus 100 I would.....
