We uncovered a major structural issue with our foundation when we did demo for a basement renovation. Our original contractors said it was outside of their scope, and couldn't do it, so we needed to find a new team to do this work as quickly as we could. JT Construction Solutions came quickly, quoted us, and were able to begin work quickly. They were very thorough and knowledgeable throughout the process. Everything was well-documented and clear throughout. Justin was very helpful in communicating directly with our structural engineer with questions and clarifications needed. The job was finished quickly and done well. We're grateful for their quick and skilled work on this job!

I am writing this review to share our positive experience with JT Construction, who rebuilt our home in the Toronto Beaches from late 2021 to early 2023. Their team of carpenters did the lion's share of the work, handling most of the construction themselves. They brought in subcontractors for tiling, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work, and always had a member of their team onsite to supervise and ensure the work met our expectations. They worked collaboratively with our architect to solve any issues that arose during the project. We love our new house, and while there were the usual challenges that come with any construction project, weve come to appreciate their team's dedication and professionalism as we watch other houses in our neighbourhood being rebuilt and hear about the struggles our neighbours face. The main reason for this review is the outstanding follow-up service. Even a year after the project was completed, they still check in on the house. Just last week, they dropped by to make a minor correction. This level of commitment and follow-up is what sets JT Construction apart, especially when compared to other projects where getting post-completion support is nearly impossible. We've used Justin and Ted for a home reno project before and so weren't surprised by the quality and speed of service when completing our fence project. We're now 2-for-2 with these guys and continue to be very impressed with how easy they make the whole process. It took a few weeks from quote to completion. Of that, the actual project only lasted 2-3 days on site including demolition, rebuild and clean-up ... and would have been even faster if not for torrential rain. The carpenters were friendly, professional and respectful of the neighbours. They left the site clean when done for the day and had the dumpster cleared out of the driveway as soon as possible. And the fence itself is exactly what we wanted - clean lines, a uniform look and very sturdy. Thanks Justin and Ted for another quick and painless project. We're already starting to think about project #3 (a shed), and so another glowing Homestars review is no doubt on its way!

We used JT Construction to replace our old 60"s style siding with new modern siding. Including putting a thick foam insulation under the siding to help battle the cold in the wintertime (It helped!). We we very happy with the results and received many compliments on it. At the same time we updated our porch with a cedar ceiling, glass railing and a treatment on the concreate to make it look new. The results where awesome. This is the third or fourth project that we used JT construction for and would highly recommend them! They do everything from interior updates to fences, to backyards, and front curb appeal. You cannot go wrong with them.

Justin and his team were a pleasure to work with. They were friendly, accommodating, and polite. As the work progressed and they encountered unforeseen issues, they were upfront and honest about the extra work that was required. I trusted them to solve the problems as they arose and that they would charge me appropriately. I would highly recommend Justin, Ted and their team to tackle any of your building projects! I also really appreciated that they were respectful of the close proximity of my neighbours and worked hard to minimize their impact on them. Great job!
