Vlad and his team were very informative, offering helpful suggestions while still making sure to double-check everything with us before moving forward. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process; we always knew what was happening and felt confident in every decision. The process for replacing our countertops was fast and simple. They shared samples on the day they came for the measure and advised us that it wouldn’t be possible to reuse the existing sink. On install day everything was done quickly and our old granite countertop was hauled away. My only complaint - the caulking was so poorly done that we will have to pull it up and redo it ourselves.
We had an excellent experience with this company. We dealt primarily with Vlad, who was courteous, helpful and punctual throughout. Our countertop was installed within a week of us deciding what stone we actually wanted. Great work and unbeatable prices. We plan to hire them again for future projects and will recommend to friends who are looking for qualified help for various projects. Highly recommended!
Was very pleased with the work done on our project; a basement kitchen renovation, and upstairs cabinetry. Vlad went out of his way to locate, match and special order matching cabinetry. I would highly recommend Kitchen Shop and will be working with them again on future projects.
