The staff is highly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. From the consultation visit to the installation of my windows, the team was helpful, polite, and efficient. I highly recommend Koral Windows and Doors and won’t hesitate to have them back and to recommend them to friends and family.
I had a number of estimates before I decided on Koral Windows to do my windows for me. I appreciated the breadth of info that Vlad had to give me, and he was very responsive to questions by phone or by E-Mail I had. Additionally, I found the price very good compared to the other estimates I had received. When the work crew came, they were astoundingly efficient. A very respectful workman crew - not very talkative, but pleasant. They were clean and their work is beautiful. As it turns out, three of the windows that were installed were constructed incorrectly from the manufacturer - this was discovered when Vlad (the owner) came for the final inspection. A new set was ordered from the manufacturer immediately and Vlad was communicative as to their arrival time. When they were ready, Vlad came and installed them himself, and it was a small job. All-around, I have no disappointment but only praise for this company. I would highly recommend them to anyone. -James
The most professional trade experience I have ever experienced. Dad and son operation, every interaction with Alex and Vlad exceeded my expectations. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable. The team was constantly cleaning up as they worked. We replaced all our windows and doors. As can be expected in a large project, we encountered building issues. Vlad and his team were responsive, creative and not only offered solutions, but implemented them. If you need Windows or doors, call them, you will not be disappointed. Why you should consider my review? I'm a real homeowner, living in Barrhaven with a 20+ yr old builder home that, like most things, was built like crap. I hate social media and do not post publicly about anything but this was such a great experience, I want to share it in hopes it will help others choose Koral. Thanks again Vlad!
