At first I thought he was professional because O got a quick call to talk about my project and schedule a visit, however on the visit day, they never showed up. I called to see if he was coming and never heard back.
Alexandre et Philip que j'ai rencontré sont très polis, respectueux. Cependant, il y a eu quelques ratés: des tuiles de céramiques se sont brisés prétextant que la colle que j'ai acheté n'était pas de bonne qualité. Le coulis entre les tuiles de céramiques s'es effrités prétextant encore une fois que le coulis que j'avais acheté n'était pas de bonne qualité. Les poignés du robinet du bain n'ont pas été installé correctement, j'ai dû corrigé la situation moi-même. Les vis retenant la toilette n'ont pas été coupé afin de pourvoir mettre les capuchons par dessus. Je suis déçu car les deux gars étaient vraiment sympathiques.
